When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 2 p.m. CT on a business day ship the same day. Otherwise, the next business day. You'll get a tracking link the moment it leaves us.
How long does shipping take?
U.S. standard shipping arrives in 3–5 business days. Expedited is 2 days, overnight is 1. International orders via DHL Express take 3–7 business days. See Shipping & Returns for full rates.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — to most countries. Duties and taxes are shown at checkout so you never get a surprise bill on delivery.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Email us within 30 minutes of ordering and we'll do our best. After it ships, you'll need to return it.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy?
60 days from delivery. Unworn, tags on. Free U.S. return shipping. Full details on the Shipping & Returns page.
How does the fit guarantee work?
Wrong size? Your first exchange is free — we cover return shipping and reshipping. Just email us to start the exchange.
When will I get my refund?
Within 5 business days of us receiving your return. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
Sizing & Fit
How do your clothes fit?
True to size, cut modern but not skinny. Tops are tapered through the waist, chinos are slim-straight. If you're between sizes, size up for drape, down for a slimmer profile. See our Size Guide for measurements.
What if the fit isn't right?
Exchange it — first exchange is on us. Or return it within 60 days for a full refund.
Products & Care
Where are your clothes made?
We work with family-run mills and factories in Portugal, Turkey, and Peru. Every fabric is chosen for how it feels after ten washes.
How should I wash my clothes?
Care instructions are on each product page and the interior label. As a rule: cold wash, low tumble dry, wash inside out for color, and skip the bleach.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Usually yes. Sign up for restock alerts on the product page and we'll email you the moment it's back.
Account & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. Buy now, pay later is available via Shop Pay Installments.
Do I need an account to order?
No — guest checkout is fine. Creating an account makes returns and reorders easier.
