2. Shipping Calculation

Shipping is calculated automatically in the cart based on:

  • Delivery ZIP code
  • Total order weight
  • Product dimensions
  • Selected shipping method

Shipping promotions may be applied automatically when you reach the minimum amount.

3. Free Shipping

Free shipping (standard delivery) for:

4. Order Processing

After confirming payment:

  • Picking: 24 business hours to pick the product
  • Shipment: Up to 2 business days to ship via carrier
  • Tracking: Code sent via email when shipped

Orders placed after 3pm or on weekends are processed on the next business day.

5. Order Tracking

You can track your order:

  • By accessing your account and checking "My Orders"
  • Using the tracking code on the carrier website

Status updates are automatically sent via email.

7. Delivery Address

8. International Orders

Damaged Product: Take photos immediately and contact us. We will send a replacement at no cost.

Lost Product: If not delivered after 30 days, we will refund 100% or resend a replacement.
