Return and Refund Policy

1. Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of receipt of the product to request a return or exchange. After this period, we will not accept returns without special circumstances.

2. Conditions for Return

The product must be:

  • Unused, unwashed and showing no signs of use
  • In original packaging or in resellable condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • Without damage, stains or defects caused by the customer

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following products CANNOT be returned:

  • Underwear and socks (for hygiene reasons)
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items with discounts over 50%
  • Clearance or end-of-season products
  • Products showing obvious signs of use or washing
  • Items damaged by the customer

4. Return Process

Step 1: Contact our customer service at windikusumawati3@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: Wait for confirmation and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Step 3: Package the product securely in its original packaging.

Step 4: Ship to the address provided with the RMA number on the package.

Step 5: After we receive and inspect, we will process your refund within 10 business days.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Defect/Our error: We cover 100% of return shipping costs
  • Change of mind/Doesn't fit: Customer responsible for return shipping costs
  • Refund shipment: Madison Ridge covers

6. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed to your original payment method:

  • Credit card: 5-10 business days after approval
  • Bank transfer: 7-15 business days
  • Digital wallet: 1-2 business days

Time may vary depending on your bank. Track status in your account.

7. Exceptions and Special Circumstances

We will consider returns after 30 days in cases of:

  • Proven manufacturing defect
  • Incorrect size sent by our error
  • Product damaged in delivery
  • Different product than ordered

8. Exchanges

Exchanges for different size or color are free within 30 days. Follow the same return process and indicate the desired color/size. We will send the new product once we receive the return.

9. Products Damaged in Delivery

If you receive a damaged product:

  • Take photos of the damage and packaging
  • Contact windikusumawati3@gmail.com within 48 hours
  • We will send a replacement or full refund at no cost

10. Lost Returns

If your return is lost in logistics, we will provide tracking proof. You are responsible for shipping with tracking (postal service, etc.).

11. Warranty Policy

Madison Ridge products come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Defects include loose seams, broken zippers, premature fading, etc.
