We ship to most countries via DHL Express (3–7 business days). Rates and duties are calculated at checkout. You'll never be surprised at the door — what you see is what you pay.
Processing
Orders placed before 2 p.m. CT on a business day ship the same day. Otherwise, next business day. You'll get a tracking link as soon as it's on a truck.
Returns & Exchanges
60-day window
You have 60 days from delivery to send anything back. As long as it's unworn, unwashed, and has the original tags, we'll take it.
Free U.S. return shipping
Start a return in your account or email hello@madisonridgeco.com. We'll send a prepaid label. Refunds hit your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the package.
Fit guarantee
Wrong size? Your first exchange is on us — free return shipping, free reshipping, no restocking fee. Order the right size, wear it, and we'll credit the original when the return lands.
Final sale
Anything marked final sale can't be returned or exchanged. We flag it clearly on the product page.
International returns
International customers are welcome to return within 60 days at their own shipping cost. Contact us first and we'll walk you through it.

Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll fix it — no return needed.
