How to measure
Use a flexible measuring tape. Stand relaxed, feet together. Measure over lightweight clothing.
- Chest — around the fullest part, under the arms.
- Waist — around the natural waist, roughly at the belly button.
- Hip — around the widest point.
- Inseam — from the top of the inner thigh straight down to the ankle.

Between sizes?
For tops and chinos, size up if you prefer a relaxed drape or plan to layer. Size down for a slimmer profile.
